In latest rankings, HubSpot earns highest customer satisfaction score; Act-On, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua and Pardot also named Leaders in marketing automation software category
More than 800 marketing professionals shared their experiences by posting marketing automation product reviews on G2 Crowd, and today new rankings highlight how 15 products scored. The Grid℠, G2 Crowd’s software recommendation engine, factors in customer satisfaction reported by users and vendor market presence determined from social and public data to rank products.
Act-On, HubSpot, Marketo (MKTO), Oracle Eloqua (ORCL) and Pardot (CRM) earned Leader status based on the high customer satisfaction rating reported by users and the vendors’ high market presence. High Performers – which also received high customer satisfaction scores but have smaller market presence – include Net-Results, ONTRAPORT, SalesFUSION and Genoo.
